Rolled ultrafiltration membrane filter
Product introduction:
The ultrafiltration membrane system is a precise and efficient filtration system carefully developed and designed by "Rich Intelligence" with the introduction of membrane separation technology. It is widely used in biopharmaceuticals, biological fermentation, animal and plant extraction, food and beverage, cosmetics and other fields. The system has the characteristics of strong versatility, low energy consumption, simple operation, online cleaning, temperature and pressure monitoring, over-temperature protection, flow regulation, and long service life. It is mainly used for material filtration separation, refining, purification and concentration, decolorization and desalination and other process links.
The molecular weight cutoff of the rolled ultrafiltration membrane ranges from 1000 to 200,000 Daltons. The ultrafiltration membrane can intercept large molecular impurities (such as proteins, pigments, polysaccharides, etc.) and pass through the target product; it can also intercept the target product and pass through small molecular impurities (inorganic salts, small molecular pigments, monosaccharides, ash, etc.) and water. It can also separate target products of different molecular weights, thereby replacing traditional activated carbon decolorization, resin impurity removal, crystallization extraction and other purification processes to achieve the purpose of decolorization, impurity removal and product classification.

Advantages of ultrafiltration membrane system:

5. The system has a high degree of automation, and the control system can be configured with manual, semi-automatic or PLC fully automatic control according to user needs. It has low energy consumption and operating costs, is easy to control and maintain, improves production efficiency, and reduces labor intensity;
6. The entire system is made of sanitary stainless steel materials, integrated structural design, skid-mounted structure, and no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface, which meets GMP requirements.
