Machine Function & Character: This machine use jumbo roll to process folded into "V" or "N" type facial tissue. It adopts the vacuum absorption and mainpulator auxiliary folding principle. With the function of auto stop when paper breaks, avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken, with auto counting and pneumatic staggering function to be a whle row output. Pneumatic jumbo roll lifting system,stepless speed regulation unwind, each jumbo roll is controlled by tension adjusting unit. With advanced PLC program controlling system, frequency speed regulator,easy for operation and save energy. Can choose the steel to steel edge embossing unit,with independent pneumatic compress wheel, high ragidity embossing roller. So that when produce facial tissue without embossing, the two plies together, make the products looks more beautiful, and flexible to market demand. This machine can also be used to produce hand towel.
