After Sales Service 1-Quality guarantee period:Within 12 months,During this period,if there are troubles with machines,the manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the spare part if needed.
2-According to demand of buyer,the supplier send engineers to guide the install and the debug.But the buyer should undertake all cost,such as ticket,food,hotel for supplier,also they need pay 200 USD for engineer one day.
3-For the damage caused by the buyer,supplier provides the spare part and repair it with the best price.
4-If machine is broken up due to the not correct of the buyer within the one year period,supplier can send engineers if need to assist buyer,but buyer should undertake all the cost.
5-Within one year guarantee period,if machine broken down due to its quality itself,supplier should solve this for buyer with its cost.
6-Two parties can discuss other items which are not mentioned in this place.

A3: Zhongjun has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 48 to 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
