General Silicone Sealant Planetary Dispersing Power Mixer for liquid sealant
1. SUMMARY
Planetary dispersing power mixer is a kind of no-dead-spot power mixing and dispersion equipment. It adopts unique stirring mechanism, with bottom vessel fixed and unmoved, with dispersion discs and stirrers making planetary movement of revolution and rotation, with speed adjustment by frequency inverter. It makes the materials to move complicatedly, with strong shearing and kneading, for full dispersion and mixing of materials without mixing dead spot. An automatic wall scraper mechanism is designed in the vessel, which continuously scrapes the materials adhering to the wall.
The equipment is uniquely sealed, can be pressurized or vacuumized. It is widely used in solid-solid, solid-fluid and fluid-fluid mixing, reaction, dispersion, grinding, dissolving, homogenizing and emulsification, etc., in chemical, light industry, pharmacy, foodstuff, building materials, farm chemical industries, etc. It is an ideal equipment for production of ink, pigment, adhesive, sealant, paste, paste-type material, lubricant, paint, paste cosmetics, emulsion, cream food and additive, etc.
