Instrument introduction
This instrument uses an automatic capillary viscometer to measure the similar viscosity of the sample, which is mainly suitable for lubricating grease. The viscosity of grease at a certain temperature is a variable that varies with shear rate and is called analogous viscosity. Using the spring to act on the sample tube of the ejector rod, the sample is subjected to pressure and flows out from the capillary. With the relaxation of the spring, the pressure in the tube gradually decreases, and a series of similar viscosity values at the average shear rate can be obtained.
