11)Payment terms	1>100% against irrevocable L/C at sight
	T/T: 30% T/T in advanced should be paid within 3days after signed PI. The balance value to be paid within 3days after copy B/L. The seller will express original B/L after received all of value.
12)Package: Seaworthy packing	1. Inner Packing: Inside pallet is wrapped with a 0.2mm Plastic bag
	2.Outter Packing: pallet are coverred with 3.0mm package plywood and steel tape for strengthening
