The pulp slag separator is ideal for tailings processing in waste paper pulping systems. It adopts closed operation, no slurry splashing, good treatment effect, reduced fiber loss, low slagging treatment cost, and special equipment for treating tailings of fiber separators and pressure screens. The slag separation machine is operated under normal pressure and closed, continuous slag discharge, no clogging and splashing of water, no vibration, no noise, no need for special care, fiber recovery rate of about 70%, reducing fiber loss, slag concentration is 15%-20 %.

Product Parameters
Working principle: The upper half of the slag separator is a vortex chamber, and the lower half is a semicircular screening zone. A high-rotating rotor is installed inside. The rotor is welded with axial sweeping blades and spirally arranged alternately blade.
After the pulp enters the pulp inlet, the high-speed rotor performs a comprehensive action of beating, scraping, tearing, and peeling the tailings. First, the tailings are thrown into the vortex chamber, and then scattered to the screening area to complete the separation of fibers and impurities. During the separation process, the nozzle above the rotor continuously sprays water to dilute and elute the tailings, and rinse the rotor and the sieve plate.
After repeated cyclic sorting, the separated good fibers are discharged from the pulp outlet under the sieve plate after passing through the screen holes, and the peeled plastic pieces and other impurities are washed and discharged from the slag hopper and discarded as garbage.
