Kerala american pre-hung fancy single solid wood doors can be made of different kinds of wood species, such as sapele,mahogany, teak, oak,walnut wood and so on. We welcome different sizes and designs for the door. Flush Door are made by using Timber frame which are Covered by plywood or MDF on both sides of door and hollow portion of door filled with cardboards. This kind of wooden doors are generally finished with veneer and polish over it or it may finish with laminate over ply or MDF used on it.

1. Standard size for door leaf: 2100*900*40mm or customized
2. Architraves size: 60/70/80*10/12/15mm
3. Wall thickness: standard 150mm or customized
Materials
1. Door panel: Solid wood or Composite wood(MDF and wood veneer finishing)

3. Door leaf thickness: 40/45/50mm
