I.Product Features
1.KR-1640 adopts vertical machining center bed type marriage, integral casting. The machine head moves up and down through slide rails on the herringbone column, and the worktable part adopts a cross slide table structure to realize the XY coordinate movement on the plane. The overall rigidity is stronger and the stability is better.
2.The three-axis guide adopts imported rolling linear guide, which has low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improves the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool.
3.The spindle system of the machine tool uses high-speed electric spindles with a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm. The bearings use NSK P-class spindle bearings. After the complete set of spindles are assembled under constant temperature conditions, they have passed dynamic balance correction and running-in tests to improve the entire set of spindles. Service life and reliability.
