Application of Cocoa powder grinding machine:
Cocoa powder grinding machines have wide applications and are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, pesticide industry, foodstuff industry, grain industry, and so on. Using the relative motion between movable and fixed teeth disc, the raw materials can be crushed by undertaking comprehensive actions such as impacted by teeth,f riction, impacted between raw materials, and finally, the raw materials are crushed.
The comminuted material can be discharged directly from the grinding chamber, and the particle size is
determined by changing the screen mesh with different mesh numbers. (The screen in the machine is available with the following apertures: 3.0, 2.5, 2.2, 2.0, 1.8, 1.5, 1.2, 1.0, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5mm)
Features of Cocoa powder milling machine:
1. Hopper: The input hopper has a square shape and round shape, and can be customized based on the client’s request.
2. Locking: Effectively locking the cover to prevent powder leaking while the machine grinds the materials inside.
3. Rotary Disk: The relative movement of the rotating toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, crushing the material.
4 . Final product: The fineness of the product can be changed by replacing different fineness screens.
