LIVITE Water Pool Material is a kind of PVC fabric with scrim reinforced produce by hot-melt coating technology (Semi-coating). Scrim is warp knitted fabric or woven fabric which can be made out of fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination.
have certain properties such as water proof and UV resistant, flame retardant, high frequent welding available, abrasion resistant. Livite can produce this water pool material from 0.4mm to 1.4mm .The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and then protect by a layer of kraft paper .The width of Water Pool Material is from 1.02 m up to 3.2m. Color can be customized according to customers' requirement. Different embossing roller can give the fabric different surface style, for example: glossy, matte, or embossed pattern. We can produce laminated and coated PVC fabrics for its good flexibility, excellent tensile strength and tear strength we can develop all kinds of durable PVC fabrics for different applications.
LIVITE produce all fabric according to the specification and strictly controlled by quality inspection process for technical specifications in our laboratory. Every roll are traceable identified by unique label.
