Feeder electric belt scale is a measuring equipment that continuously auto weighs material which is continuously passing through the conveyor with features of continue and auto. Automatic operation is achieved without intervention of the operator. Feeder electric belt scale is mainly consisted of:load cell, weighing bridge, secondary integrator three main parts. Integrator 6101 is secondary feeder part.
This manual provides the information you need for performance, installation, operation, and maintenance of the 6101 belt scale integrator.
The 6101 integrator is available in panel mount and field mount. By processing the weight signal from the load cell and the speed signals from the speed sensor, It calculates and displays flow rate and total of the material fed.
