Our state-of-the-art waste plastic film recycling and washing line, crafted by the experts at YILI Machinery, is engineered to efficiently process an array of plastic soft materials such as high-quality PE and versatile PP plastic films, resilient PP woven bags, essential waste agricultural films, discarded soft drip irrigation pipes, robust industrial packing films, and common supermarket packing films. This comprehensive production line features leading-edge equipment including a shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, accommodating capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our sophisticated film washing line ensures meticulous and efficient decontamination of waste films through both cold and hot washing systems, employing the pinnacle of recycling technology. The resultant high-caliber products are suitable for standalone applications or can be seamlessly blended with other materials for reprocessing, even in innovative new film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line
Belt conveyor
Our belt conveyors, available in both light and heavy-duty options, are equipped with a robust gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Additional features include an optional metal detector for enhanced safety.
Shredder For handling substantial raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, we employ a high-performance shredder for initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials undergo secondary crushing for finer processing to less than 12mm, optimizing them for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with varying capacities and functions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
Crusher
The crusher is engineered to fragment materials into smaller sizes, incorporating water for material cleaning and blade cooling during the process. This module efficiently transitions large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.
Frication Washer The frication washer utilizes high-speed water washing to effectively eliminate contaminants, dirt, and grease, preparing the material for additional cleaning in the floating tank.
Floating tank
This module adeptly separates sediment and metal from materials. Equipped with various washing wheels for tailored functions, it operates at adjustable speeds with inverter control. The magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of dirt, constructed with premium stainless steel for durability.
Centrifugal Dryer The horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with outstanding performance and energy efficiency. Its grid mesh features a self-washing function, offering dual washing and drying capabilities for the material.
Hot air pipeline heating
Constructed with stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air internally to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
