It mainly consists of material rack, single forming and cutting station, stacking robot, finished product conveyor, waste rewinding.

DB-750 Plastic cup thermoforming machine is a combination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components, and the whole system was controlled bye micro PLC. It operates with man-interface, which can works all by itself. It combines the material feeding, heating, forming, cutting and transporting into one process.
Material Feeding Area
Material sheet is driven by pin chain. The feeding width could be adjusted by parameter setting through touch screen.
The machine is heating by ceremic bricks when forming products.
It uses international famous brands of electric parts, the operation is stable, quality is reliable and lifetime is long.
It is completely automatically, productive speed is fast.
Different products can be produced with different moulds.
The structure of the whole machine is compact, one mould has all the functions, like pressure giving, forming, cutting, cooling, and finished product blowing, so the process is short, quality of the finished product is high and matches with national sanitary standard.
The design of the mould is advanced and special, heat the thermoplastic plastic flakeboard and put on the mold, pull the piston, give the pressure to the air, keep the flakeboard close to the inside of the mold to form, then, cut and automatically blow the product.
Stacking by robot Suitable for cups, bowls, food containers, trays, etc.
Machine and mould manufacturing:
The machine frame is made of square steel, its lifespan is longer and makes the machine running very stable.
We have three sets CNC machines for producing mainpart of machine and moulds, Mould production capacity is about 5-10 sets moulds per month.
