UNWIND PART:
1. Even the machine type unwinding frame design, reduces the occupation area.
2. The coil is controlled by magnetic powder brake.
3. Uncoiling equipped with air expansion shaft, using air pressure feeding, reduce manpower, maximum volume weight 125kg.
4. Unwinding with automatic EPC device.
5. With no material, cut off material automatic stop device.EXTERNAL PATCH, GUSSETING AND BAG FEEDING PART
1. The feeding is controlled automatically by AC variable frequency motor, which changes automatically with the speed of bag making.
2. The perforating device can make round holes and pinholes interchangeably, and can let perforated waste directly suck away for treatment.
3. The external patch device is driven by servo. It can finish feeding, cutting and ultrasonic sealing automatically.
4. The slotting depth of barrel material can be adjusted at will.
5. The bag is driven by Taiwan Delta servo motor, high speed transportation, precise positioning.
6. Adopt spring type feeding bag, up and down adjust pressure independently.
CONVEYOR EQUIPMENT
1. Newly designed belt conveyor structure.
2. The conveyor belt is made of silica gel material, which keeps synchronous operation with the delivery bag.
3. With bottom sealing line cooling plate design, make sealing line flat.
