3.Production process----------We control all the production process.
1). The raw materials are high-quality A-grade brass ingots, and the German spectrometer is used to detect and control the composition to ensure the material ratio. The spectrometer can measure the content of 15 metal elements in the copper material within 1 minute;
2) The molds are all carved and shaped by 3D computerized CNC milling machines, with precise dimensions;
3). The valve body adopts gravity casting technology and is made of Italian equipment. The wall thickness is uniform, the dimensional accuracy is high, the shape is uniform , the surface is smooth, there are no sand holes, pores and fine grains, it is closely combined with the electroplating layer, the surface is glossy, and the service life is long;
4). The polished surface is flat and even, with clear lines to ensure the unique shape of the product;
5). Electroplating with multiple coatings of nickel and chromium to ensure a bright and bright surface, and the corrosion resistance reaches level 9, exceeding the requirements of level 8 of the national standard;
