3. The automatic KN95 mask machine adopts ultrasonic technology to automatically produce 2-6 layers of butterfly masks (such as 3M company's 9001, 9002 series masks). Automated completion of the operation, including processes including coil material feeding, nose strip feeding, mask pattern welding, ear band feeding welding, mask folding welding, mask edge material removal, and finished product blanking.
4.The equipment produces butterfly masks through servo feeding, positioning system, and tension system in coordination with each process procedure. In order to meet the market demand, the mold can be simply replaced to adapt to the production of various butterfly masks
