Automatic Stone Edge Chamfering Machine, type ZLYD-3200SK can chamfer countertops, background Walls, Stairs, Column Corner Guards for seamless splicing. It can process quartz stone, sintered stone, ceramic, marble, granite etc. With the popularity of modern minimalist decoration style, this machine is widely welcomed by market. It's a necessary machine for stone factories.
Features:
1.This machine has an integral bridge-type structure. It's beam and frame are processed by gantry machining center with high-precision.
2. Its Walking Device adopts linear guide Rail, Rack and Gear, and High-precision Reducer.
3. The Clamping device adopts High-quality pneumatic cylinders to clamp plates to backer.
4.The surface of the working table is pasted with rubber to avoid scratches. And universal wheels are assembled to facilitate the loading and unloading of plates.
5. Control Center adopts PLC Program, touch screen and servo drive. It has stable performance, fast speed and high precision.
6. This machine provides five options of edge chamfering modes. It's simple to learn and operate.
We place each machine in the factory for testing to ensure that every detail is debugged to the best state before packaging and shipment. The main machine part and the circuit part are the same when loading the cabinet, so it is very easy to install and debug the machine in the customer's factory. The machine can be put into the container as a whole.
