Hammer crusher is an industrial machine. Its principle is to crush materials through the collision surface of the high-speed rotating hammer and the material. It has the characteristics of a simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, etc. It can be crushed in dry and wet forms. It is suitable for fine crushing of medium hardness and brittle materials in mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, roads, combustion, and other departments.
Hammer crusher is used to crush various medium-hard and weakly abrasive materials. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 100MPa and the moisture content is less than 15%. The crushed materials are coal, salt, white gypsum, bricks and tiles, limestone, etc. It is also used to crush fiber structure, elastic and tough wood, paper or crush asbestos cement waste to recover asbestos fibers, etc.The main working part of the hammer crusher is a rotor with a hammer (also called a hammerhead). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, and a hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the impact, impact, shearing, and grinding of the high-speed hammer. There is a screen plate at the bottom of the rotor.
