The pure titanium aerator head for ozone aeration is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥ 99.6%) as the main raw material, which is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. The aeration head is divided into three types: tube type, plate type and spherical type. The spherical type is welded by porous titanium spherical surface and titanium plate, which can be directly connected to the pipe thread. Various interface connection methods can be customized according to the specific needs of customers. It is widely used in Ozone sterilization for drinking water and reclaimed water reuse, aeration in sewage treatment aeration tanks, and fermentation oxygenation, etc.
The aeration bubble diameter of this product is small, the gas-liquid interface diameter is small, the gas-liquid interface area is large, the bubbles diffuse evenly, no hole blockage occurs, and the corrosion resistance is strong. The aerator is an essential equipment for aeration and oxygenation of drainage. Underwater aerators mainly include microporous aerators and jet aerators, which can be divided into surface aerators and underwater aerators according to the method of use. It is suitable for urban sewage, new expansion of large factories and renovation of old aeration tanks, and the aeration tanks can be operated intermittently.
The oxygen utilization rate of the aerator head has high power efficiency, large service area, low energy consumption, fine and uniform bubbles, good flow rate and state; no need for repeated flushing, and easy management.
