The use of natural gypsum as raw materials can produce an annual output of 10,000 tons to 800,000 tons of finished gypsum powder,
1. Brief introduction of production process:
The crusher breaks the large size gypsum ore into small particles less than 25mm, after storage and vibration machine control the feed amount, into the mill for grinding, grinding qualified gypsum powder into the boiling furnace for calcination, calcined qualified gypsum powder into the clinker storage for use.
2. System structure:
According to the process requirements, this production line is divided into four parts: crushing part, grinding part, boiling furnace calcination part and finished powder storage and packaging and transportation part.

Main production process:
1,Crushing System,Raw material gypsum stone after crushing system, partical size less than 30mm
2,Powder Grinding & Choosing System,Use vibration supply material to send gypsum stone to mill system, (gypsum particle less than 30mm). After Grinding sytem , gypsum particle become less than 0.02mm, from bucket elevator go into middle silo
3,Calcining System,Use Vertical boiling furnace or rotary kiln, production process completely fluidized, stable product quality
4,Finished Product Powder Storage System,After calcining gypsum powder, through Coverying and lifting to silo for starage, customer choose packing machine according real situation of localGypsum powder production line layout diagram:
