Product Description The Ultra Shot 120 Series Cryogenic Deflashing/Deburring Machine is an advanced and efficient system designed to meet the demands of large quantity production. Equipped with a 120L large-capacity material basket, it can accommodate a large number of products for processing. The durable φ350 aluminum alloy shot blaster ensures consistent high performance and reliable operation. The Ultra Shot® 120 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.
Efficiency
Taking automotive rubber gaskets as an example, an NS-120 series cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is introduced, which processes about 90kg per hour, and manual processing is about 1.5 kg per hour.
