Q: How long is the aluminum profile you could make?
A: In general, the typical length is less than 6000mm with aging. But the longest aluminum profile we could make, is up to 12000mm.
Q: How big is the aluminum profile section size you could make?
A: We could manufacture the aluminum profile that the section ranging from 0-500mm.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on your product difficulty and quantity. For example, 25tons of 35*35mm solar panel frame, we could finish then within 30 days including mold fabrication time.
Q: Are you free on the extrusion tool?
A: In general, if we do not have the existing tool to meet ur requirement, the client should pay for the extrusion tool cost. But we will refund the tool cost to you, according to the quantity you purchase.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We accept the T/T and L/C payment. In general, T/T will be 30% advance payment, and 70% balance payment before the shipment. For L/C, in general, we only accept the irrevocable at longest 60 days L/C payment.
Q: What are the departure port?
A: In general, if the customers do not have requirement for this, the container will leave from Shenzhen port or Xiamen port.
