The universal crusher is suitable for crushing materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food, and is prohibited from crushing flammable and explosive materials. It is not suitable for crushing materials with high oil content (such as sesame, walnuts, melon seeds, rapeseed, etc.) and viscosity, as high oil content and viscous materials can easily block the sieve.operational principle
The crusher is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with a national standard motor. It is mainly used for chemical materials, traditional Chinese medicine containing tree roots, branches, and block materials, various grains with low oil content, grains and other hard and brittle materials. This machine utilizes the relative high-speed operation between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush the crushed material through the impact, friction, and collision of materials between the toothed discs. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber and discharged through the discharge port. Generally, the crushed material needs to be collected through a cotton bag. The crushed material is collected in the bag, and air comes out from the small holes in the bag, without discharging the fine powder, thus achieving the effect of no waste and no pollution. The particle size is determined by replacing screens with different mesh numbers. This machine has a simple and sturdy structure, smooth operation, fast and even crushing of materials, and good results. This machine is made entirely of stainless steel material, and all the teeth and grooves inside the casing (crushing groove) are precision machined to achieve a smooth surface and easy cleaning. This changes the phenomenon of rough inner walls, easy powder accumulation, and difficult cleaning of ordinary pulverizers, making food, drug, chemical and other production more in line with standards and meeting GMP hygiene requirements.
Note:
1. When the machine is connected to an external power source, a suitable circuit breaker should be installed according to the machine power. Mesh automatically cuts off the power supply when the machine load or current is too high to protect the motor!
2. Ensure that a dedicated person is in charge of the machine during operation.
3. The crushed material particles should not be too large. If the machine is stuck (i.e. the machine slows down significantly due to excessive load or passively stops running), the power should be immediately cut off.
If the crushed particles are too large, they should be crushed by a universal crusher before being crushed by this machine.
