The process involves material formulation, wet grinding, drying, pressing, sintering, and finally machining. The choice of materials and manufacturing process characteristics allow tungsten carbide bushings to operate efficiently in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments, offering excellent wear resistance and long service life. Consequently, tungsten carbide bushings replace steel and other materials in various mechanical sliding parts, such as automated machinery (extension, swing, sliding, bending, rotary, revolving parts), oil cylinder guide sleeves, submersible pump motors, centrifugal pumps, textile machinery, plastic molding machines, die casting machines, rubber machinery, food machinery, fitness equipment, office machinery, hydraulic handling vehicles, automotive, motorcycles, agricultural and forestry machinery, etc.
