Installation Instructions How to use ptfe thread seal tape?1. Remove foreign objects from the connecting parts and keep them clean.2. Pay attention to the wrapping direction. Taking the angle valve as an example, when the angle valve is screwed into the inner thread of the wall, it rotates clockwise to the right. The direction of wrapping the raw material tape on the angle valve is counterclockwise to the left. This way, when the angle valve is screwed, it will become tighter and will not loosen.3. When wrapping, tighten the PTFE thread seal tape to make it tightly adhere to the thread, try to tighten it as tightly as possible, and do not loosen it. After wrapping, use your hands to rotate and press it tightly, or you can wrap it while pressing it.4. As for the number of layers of wrapping, there is no strict regulation, which should be able to be tightened without leakage. However, based on experience, it is usually necessary to wrap more than ten times to ensure the sealing effect.5. When tightening the thread, do not tighten it too hard. Just use a little force and it doesn't necessarily have to be too tight to prevent leakage. As long as the hand feels strong when tightening, it is sufficient.
