APPLICATION
The machine is widely applied in such industries as medicine, food, medicinal granules, chemical industry and solid beverage. It can make mixed materials into desired granules or smash waste tablets and dried cubes and roll them into granules. It is especially suitable for highly viscous materials. The parts in the machine that contact materials are made of stainless steel. It has beautiful appearance, reasonable structure and high granule forming efficiency. In addition, the granules are beautiful. It discharges the granules automatically, so as to avoid damage caused by manual discharging. It is suitable for line production. Through mechanical rotation, the roller blade and the pressing vane rotate in opposite directions. The pressing vane is placed at a certain angle to push the materials downward to the roller blade, then the large- - angle helical vane on the roller blade pushes the materials to the sieve wall, and finally, the blade squeezes the materials into granules through the sieve pores.
