Product Description The Ultra Shot 120 Series Cryogenic Deflashing/Deburring Machine is an advanced and efficient system designed to meet the demands of large quantity production. Equipped with a 120L large-capacity material basket, it can accommodate a large number of products for processing. The durable φ350 aluminum alloy shot blaster ensures consistent high performance and reliable operation. In addition, this series is equipped with a user-friendly 10-inch touch screen, which provides better control and convenience during operation. With its impressive features and capabilities.
The Ultra Shot® 120 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.
Efficiency
Taking automotive rubber gasket as example, an NS-120 series cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is able to process about 90kg of products per hour, and about 1.5kg per hour can be processed manually.
