Product Description
Satellite grader is a farmland grader that uses satellite signals as feedback control. Its working principle is that the satellite base station receives high-precision positioning and elevation information, and sends differential data to the satellite receiver through radio mode. The vehicle level controller receives real-time radio broadcast data from the base station and obtains high-precision positioning and elevation information, which is controlled by the vehicle level. The main control panel of the device analyzes its differential data, calculates the real-time height of the actual satellite grader, and continuously sends signals to the controller. After receiving the height change signal, the controller will perform automatic correction. The corrected signal controls the hydraulic control valve to change the direction and flow of hydraulic oil to the cylinder, and automatically controls the height of the excavator to complete the ground leveling operation. The satellite grader mainly consists of a satellite antenna, a vehicle leveling controller, a satellite receiver, a satellite base station, a hydraulic system, and a leveling shovel.
