Clamping: durable and efficient clamping mechanism
1.The hinge clamping mechanism of the double toggle machine, the high-strength ductile iron template is equipped with CNC precision processing, which is strong and durable.
2.High tensile alloy steel guide post, durable and reliable.
3.High-precision electronic ruler position detection, precise control of the clamping stroke.
4.The mechanical toggle lubricates automatically to improve wear resistance.
5.The hydraulic gear adjustment mechanism is stable.
6.Independently adjustable mold opening and pressure preparation system (need to purchase and customize).
The injection system is equipped with large diameter logic valves and precise flow control valves,improves injection
response,decreases oil pressure vibration and provides precise 4-stage shot adjustment.

Description for Electric & Hydraulic components
1.Siemens 200 control system with LED monitor(Germany).
2.Imported components are used for hydraulic units including YuKen (Japan), Rexroth(Germany) and Vickers (USA) to ensure the stability of hydraulic system.
3.Hydraulic Pump is from Vickers (USA).
4.Sealing members are from Trelleborg(Sweden) and Fluorten (Italy).
5. Posts and columns are purchased from General Taiwan .
