1. The machine tool castings are made of HT300. Advanced finite element analysis technology is adopted in the design, with reasonable structure and excellent layout. The casting is treated by second arylamination sure the long-term stability of machining. Roller linear guides are used in X and Z directions. The two rails have a large span, good stability, strong rigidity and good machining accuracy.
2. Adopt precision motorized spindles and SK/F bearing, with high precision, high rigidity, high rotation speed and durability. The machine tool is equipped with a 12-station servo turret. Bidirectional positioning, short tool changing time and high precision.
3. 2-axis screw is precision imported balls crew, with pre-stretching process, small thermal deformation and high transmission accuracy.
4. The screw support adopts SK/F bearing, with high-precision lock nut, to further improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool. The machine tool is designed in two ways: side chip removal and back chip removal, which can be selected by users.
