LSX sand washing machine is a kind of water washing sand washing equipment used with the sand making machine. The sand washing machine can wash the mixed sand produced by the sand making machine to remove the trace stone powder and impurities, so as to improve the quality of the sand. This series of product can clean and separate mud and impurities from gravel, which is applied in sand using unitssuch as roads, watercon servancy, construction, etc. Cleaning and dehydration are completed well by novel sealing structure, adjustable weir plate, and reliable transmission device.
WORKING PROCESS

Step 1.	Cleaning: removing mud and impurities from sands;
Step 2.	De-watering:removing water from sands;
Step 3.	Grading: overflowing ungraded fine grains.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Screw sand washing machine is a machine which uses the buoyancy of water to separate dust and impurities from sand. With the agitation of the screw slice, the impurities will be washing off. Meanwhile, the fine sand and the coarse sand will be mixed uniformly while it is lifted up. Screw sand washing machine is designed according to the characteristics that materials with different particle size and density
have different settling velocity in the fluid. The particle with fine size and less density has a lower settling speed. Conversely, the particle with coarse size has a higher settling speed. With the agitation of the screw slice, you can get the purpose of separating dust and impurities from sand.
