Product Description

The workover rig is truck-mounted drilling equipment,which is based on sinotruck ZZ1167M4611W truck second class chassis. it is mainly consists of sub-frame, PTO, hydraulic torque converter, drawworks and its brake system, angle gearbox, duplex telescoping mast, travelling system, weight-indicator, air system and electrical system .the maximum hook load is 360k N, mast height is 18m, the workover depth is 1600m (73mmEUE) . Power system: the vehicle is powered by WD615.87 engine, then the power transfer to drawworks through PTO of full power, hydraulic torque converter, transmission shaft and angle gearbox. the drawworks drive the crown block and hook with wireline to realize oil pipe up and down. Mast assembly:Double telescopic mast, hoisting and telescoping with hydraulic cylinder; the angle is 5.5°and adjusted with adjusting screw; the crown block is who le-box type structure with guardrail. Drawworks assembly: single-drum structure, the maximum fastline pull is 100k N, band brake. Hydraulic and pneumatic control system: hydraulic system is used for adjusting jack, lifting oil cylinder, telescoping oil cylinder, support cylindern and hydraulic tong; pneumatic system is used for controlling drawworks clutch, emergency brake cylinder and engine throttle.
