Rotary kiln is a high-temperature processing device used to heat materials to high temperatures through kneading in a continuous process. Materials produced using rotary kilns include: cement, lime, refractory materials, metakaolin, titanium dioxide, alumina, vermiculite, iron ore pellets, etc. It can also be used in the front-end of metal extraction, preparing ore for smelting by roasting various sulfide ores.

Featurers
1. The axial movement of the cylinder is controllable
The cylinder of the rotary kiln is made of high-quality killed steel plate, and the customer can flexibly control the axial movement of the cylinder.
2. Flexible speed
The transmission rotates the cylinder at a required rotational speed through a ring gear provided in the middle of the cylinder.
3. Good sealing performance
In order to prevent cold air from entering and flue gas dust from overflowing the cylinder, reliable kiln tail and kiln head sealing devices are provided at the feeding end and the discharging end of the cylinder.
4. Easy installation and maintenance
The larger rotary kiln is equipped with an auxiliary transmission that rotates the cylinder at a very low speed to meet installation and maintenance needs.
