All-in-one full-automatic silage round baler (Power Motor)
At present, in terms of technology and performance, this machine is a real intelligent automatic baling and film-wrapping machine which is leading at home and abroad for corn straw, wheat straw, alfalfa, sugarcane tail leaves, sweet potato vine, reed, bean seedling (green/yellow) storage baling and wrapping. Only one person is needed to feed or fit with rubbing machine to feed automatically in the whole process of baling and film-wrapping. This machine consists of three parts: conveyor belt, baling machine, film-wrapping machine and film-wrapping rotating frame. When the bale is fully pressed in the machine bin, the alarm light above the machine will flash warning, the machine will automatically start to coil the rope, after coiling 1 circle, the pack thread will be cut off automatically. The machine will automatically open the bin and release the bales immediately, and the bales will be automatically transported to the film-wrapping rack. At this moment, the machine will automatically start and rotate. The rotating rack drives the bale to rotate, the grass film is gradually wrapped outside the bale layer by layer, and the bale will run along with the rotating rack. When the film-wrapping reaches to the set number of layers, the rotating rack will stop at the predetermined position, The automatic film cutter between the bale and the film conveying rack automatically cuts off the grass film, the wrapping machine will automatically throw the finished bale, the bale will automatically fall into the prepared cart, push the bale away and put them in order.
