TONY Rotary Drum Dryer is a kind of equipment specially used for the treatment of sawdust, sawdust and other powdery wet materials, through the role of high temperature and drying medium to dry it to achieve the purpose of reducing the water content of the material.
TONY Rotary Drum Dryer adots low-speed rotarying curved plate hammering, dispersing raw material to make the high temperature air flow current mixed with raw materialto achieve the drying work. It mainly applied to drying process of all kinds of powerder raw material.
TONY Rotary Drum Dryer's evaporation capacity is generally 30-80kg/h, with the increase in air temperature increased, and with the nature of material changes in the water.
Equipment moves smooth, reliable, non-wearing parts, less malfunction, long service life, which have been widely used of the drying industry.
Working Principle
Component: Air heater with heat-exchanger, rotary-cylinder dryer, centrifugal shedder.
Scope: wet wood chips, wood sawdust etc.
TONY Rotary Drum Dryer is composed of stove, main rotary body,screw conveyor, cyclone separator, air-lock, fan and matched pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 45%-10%.
TONY Rotary Drum Dryer adopts direct flow type of heating with heat soure from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed back immindiately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.
Rotary dryer is mainly composed of heating device,feeding device, supporting device, cylinder, gears, discharging device and so on. Rotary dryer's main body is a rotary cylinder with a certain inclination, equipped with combustion chamber, exhaust device, dust collector, and feeding device. High-temperature flue gas is used as the drying medium, which enters the dryer under the suction of ventilation device
