The waste dirty material go through crushing, washing, drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizing. We also supply plastic pelletizing line (plastic granulator) to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules). The renewable pellets (granules) can be made into plastic barrel, plastic pipe, plastic frame, farm implement, machine components, and so on through extruding forming machine. Application:
PE PP plastic films/bags recycling machine is mainly used to recycling waste plastic PE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP films/bags, PP woven bag, PP cement bags,PP Jumbo bag and so on
Machines pictures:
• Friction washer loader
Wash with high speed to remove the dirty and load out material, high speed with 600 RPM per minute
We have two pieces water pipe, one is weld on mesh screen external which is used to wash PE PP flakes. another one is weld on machine side which is use to wash mesh screen.
• Dry or Wet Crusher Granulator
Specially T-shape rotor for higher output and less power consumption
used to reduce plastic film/sacks/bags into flakes final flakes size:40-60mm
• Chemical Hot Wash Tank (Optional)
remove greasy dirt and glue from flakes
Feeding caustic soda/detergent to washing, heating by electricity or customized
Temperature protecting layer made of rockwool
• High Speed Dewatering Machine with Hot air drying machine
remove moisture from flakes, moisture remain will be around 5%,with hot air dryer, final moisture content roughly <3%

1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
