Brief of Production Line
The ink complete equipment and production line are advanced production processes composed of intelligent batching system, high-efficiency and high-speed dispersion pulping system, vertical grinding series system, multifunctional mixing and color adjustment system, cleaning system, automation control system and automatic filling system etc.
Raw material Input:
Liquid ingredients are added using pumps and flow meters; Powder and additives are automatically added using a weighing and batching system.
Mixing:
Dispersion: Ink pre dispersion, with various specifications and forms to choose from, from laboratory to production, including various models with scraping wall dispersers, vacuum dispersers, dual axis dispersers, platform dispersers, etc., to meet various dispersion working conditions requirements.
High Speed Homogenizer:
Integrating the original dispersion and sand grinding processes into one, reducing the process flow, eliminating the need for pumps and valves, improving production efficiency, reducing material waste, facilitating cleaning, and suitable for high speed homogenising of multiple product varieties.
Ink filling machine:
Packaging specifications range from 10g to 20kg, suitable for filling plastic and iron barrels, including semi-automatic and fully automatic type, and can be customized according to non-standard requirements.
