What is Titanium square pipe?Titanium square pipe, is a name for square pipe and rectangular pipe, that is, the side length is equal and not equal titanium pipe.It is made of titanium through technological processing.In general, titanium is unpacked, flattened, crimped, welded into a round tube, which is rolled into a square tube and then cut to the required length.Square tubes can be made into straight seam square tubes and seamless square tubes. When the temperature is not higher than 540℃, the oxide film of the titanium square tube will not become thick. However, at higher heat treatment temperature, the oxidation rate of the oxide film will accelerate, and the inner diffusion layer of the oxide film will become a layer of pollution.Oxygen contamination layer has a higher brittleness ratio, which leads to cracks and damage on the surface of parts.Removal of oxygen pollution layer includes mechanical processing, pickling, chemical grinding and other methods.During heat treatment, the heating time should be shortened as far as possible under the premise of protective heat treatment.It can also be carried out in vacuum furnaces or inert gas furnaces. Pollution caused by heating of titanium square pipe fittings in air furnaces should be avoided or appropriately reduced.
