The bitumen combustion furnace developed by our company complies with the specifications of the American Asphalt Technology Center (NCAT) (ASTMD6307, AASHTO, TP53-95BSDD250). The combustion method canquickly, accurately, safely and reliably determine the asphalt content. It can meet the requirements of batch continuous production and highway supervision and inspection of the mixing plant, thereby ensuring the quality of road construction. It has the advantages of environmental protection, safety, accuracy and speed, and digital display and printing of the instrument.PRODUCT FEATURE: 1. The furnace body of the combustion method asphalt content tester is made of aerospace insulation material, with short preheating time and fast heating speed. It can reach the standard working temperature of 538℃ within 20 minutes, which greatly saves the test time compared with similar products. The temperature control has high precision and high stability; it adopts PWM modulation method and has temperature control with PID function. 2. Good heat insulation performance. When the inside of the furnace body reaches the standard working temperature, the outside temperature of the furnace body is lower than 45℃, which has high operating safety and effectively avoids the influence of high temperature on the measurement accuracy of the electronic scale. 3. It has the function of post-combustion post-combustion, and high-temperature filtration and exhaust system to ensure that the test exhaust gas emissions meet environmental protection requirements. 4. The instrument runs automatically and is easy to operate. You only need to enter the sample weight and calibration coefficient, load the sample, press the work button, and automatically print the data after the test is over, and save the test result. Call historical data and print test reports and other functions. 5. The software is powerful, which can simultaneously display the asphalt content, oil-stone ratio, sample weight loss, and test time.
