1. The inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with a long-life coating, which can effectively reduce the UV light attenuation during the life span of the lamp;
2 Use quartz glass tubes with high penetration of 253.7nm and 185nm wavelengths, which can effectively increase the UV output intensity;
3. Use electronic powder with unique formula to effectively improve the ion bombardment resistance of the lamp electrode and extend the lamp life span;
4. Use amalgam to control mercury vapor pressure, which effectively solve the UVC output drop problem caused by the rise of lamp tube wall temperature;
5. Applicated in water treatment equipment, with water temperature fluctuating 5~40°C, and the UVC output fluctuating less than 10%;
6. Lamps can be designed and customized according to customer requirements;
7.According to customer's ultraviolet lamp requirements, our company could design and manufacture filaments with different shapes (horizontal type, vertical type, etc.) and different lamp currents (1~10A) to meet the electrical parameter requirements of different power ultraviolet lamps.
8.The above models are ozone-free lamps. Ozone-type UV lamp could be produced with high-quality natural quartz glass tubes or synthetic quartz glass tubes according to customer requirements;
9.The lamp holders of above models are G10Q series, which can be replaced by different shapes and colors according to customer requirements;
