Quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during transportation: In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, buyer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the cargo at destination port.Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the cargo caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b.Guarantee period and after service:1 year since date of bill of lading.Within guarantee period,66 Plastic Machinery will provide free spare parts in case of quality discrepancy caused by us.If the malfunctions are caused by buyer's incorrect operations,we will charge for related spare parts.
c.Long term service: Charged spare parts and long term technical guide are available.
3.Overseas After Service
a.After machines are delivered to destination plant,buyer has to finish preparation work such as electricity supply,water supply,labors and cranes,etc.
b.66 Plastic Machinery will apply visa for engineers who are responsible for overseas lively guide of machine installation and testing.
c.Buyer will pay for round way air tickets for engineer and afford expenses generated such as visa commission charge,room and board,allowance of USD100/day for each engineer.
