SUN HONG PAPER MACHINE CLOTHING -- Dryer Fabric
In the dryer section of paper machine, the paper sheet was transfered by dryer cylinders. The dryer fabric hold the sheet tightly in contact with the cylinders through the dryer section. Constructed of monofilaments, dryer fabrics must be heat resistant, rugged, and designed for both drying efficiency and runnability. SUN HONG provided dryer fabrics are fully resistant to hydrolysis and able to with stand all heat and humidity conditions in the dryer section. Most of the standard types of fabrics can also be made of polyester yarns. The dryer fabric mainly have two type , woven type and spiral type. Woven type dryer fabric have two stype yarn flat yarn and round yarn. Sun Hong will suggest suitable dryer fabric according to your paper machine.

Weave structure is 2 Layers, all monofilaments. The CFM control with uniform tension distribution ensure good running stablilit.

Spiral Dryer Fabric Series have designed especially for wider and high speed paper machine. All the materials are imported from Europe , Germany. Flat Spiral leads to higher contact surface, the spiral structure makes the seam completely same with the fabric body and guarantees non-seam marking during paper making. The CFM control with uniform tension distribution ensure good running stability.

Function of Dryer Fabric
The main function of the dryer fabric is to improve the contact between the paper and the dryer in the process of guiding the wet paper through the drying section, so as to obtain high output, low energy consumption and give the paper good performance.
It is made by weaving and heat setting with various plastic synthetic fibers as the main raw materials. According to the needs of special resin treatment, mesh joints are also more advanced. The fabric has the properties of heat resistance, wear resistance and high air permeability. It has obvious effect on saving energy and increasing speed. Polyester Dryer Fabric Joint Type
