NianDa was founded in 1973. With decades experience production for heat treatment furnace covering industries of cast, forge, catalyst,new energy, steel, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, non-ferrous metal, avaition, building materials and machine.
NianDa T7 Air Quench Heat Treatment Line is mainly applied for solution, air quench and aging heat treatment for Aluminum Alloy
Heat Treat Data for reference, all NianDa furnaces are customized for each project.
Solid solution furnace design maximum heat-resistant temperature: 600 ° C.
Working temperature of solid solution furnace chamber :460-550C adjustable.
Maximum design heat-resistant temperature of aging furnace:350ºC.
Aging furnace chamber working temperature :180-350C adjustable.
Cooling rate of air-cooled quenching: 4C/S (the workpiece cools down from 465C to below 150C in 85 seconds).
NianDa T7 HT Line can design into U shape or double deck depends on the plant space.
Air-cooled quenching ~4C/s
Aging Furnace Maximum operating temperature 350(customized according to workpiece).
Furnace roller passing type, using natural gas and solid solution furnace waste heat utilization heating aging furnace, the use of hot air fan strong convection circulation, with automatic ignition, automatic flame monitoring, burner flame out alarm, gas pressure detection and other functions.
