Quality Control
The PVDF top coat of ALUCOSUPER is applied 2 or 3 layers coating processing result in up to 25um painting film thickness. Some special color requires 3-4 layers process up to a total thickness of 35um.The quality control for ALUCOSUEPR is accordance with the standards laid down is ASTM.

For PE coating we usually offer 5-8 years warranty, and for PVDF coating we usually offer 10-15years warranty. For some special warranty request, we also can satisfy customer, over 20years is ok too.
