The full name of wet pan mill is wet type pan mill. According to the different operation methods, it is divided into gold mill, amalgamation mill, iron mill, and electric mill. While according to the different structure, it is divided into wheel mill, double roller mill, and three roller mill. Wet pan mills are developed on the basis of ancient stone mills through modern improvements. It is used for the grinding operations of various ferrous metals, non ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals, as well as the grinding, separation and processing operations of rare and precious metals gold and silver. It is a grinding equipment favored by the majority of small and medium sized concentrators.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The gold wet pan mill is mainly composed of drive unit, frame, water basin, roller, grinding disc and other components. It adopts wheel-driven grinding work mode. first, the electric motor transmits the power to the reducer, and the torque is driven by the reducer through the large vertical shaft. It is transmitted to the upper horizontal axis, and then transmitted to the roller through the tie rods installed at both ends of the horizontal axis, so that the roller generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal axis of the horizontal axis; the roller can surround the wet mill when working. The large vertical shaft revolves and can rotate around the central axis of the grinding wheel, while the grinding disc is fixed. The added ore materials are subjected to the squeezing force from the weight of the grinding wheel in the mill. The huge friction force generated by the grinding wheel and the grinding plate during the revolution and rotation of the grinding wheel is thoroughly squeezed, kneaded, and ground.
