HLQY-2500 Multi blade Stone Cuitting Machine is a classic and practical bridge saws for cutting block into slabs, thin or thick, which adopts Siemense PLC control system, Hiwin linear guide with oil bath. Up to 18 pieces of thin saw blades can be mounted.It's popular in China and abroard for its high efficiency, good stability and long life service.
Main Features:
1) Siemens smart PLC control system makeshigh automation performance and easy.
2) Adopts 4 pillars for spindle sliding, which ensure the structure of the machine is steady and the lifting is stable.
3) Two-slider frame structure driven synchronized by screw with high stiffness and stability.
4) Sliding system of X and Y axes on linear guides and racks both in oil bath lubrication grants smooth and high production.
