1. This type vacuum membrane press machne workbench surface is made of high strength steel plate which is secondary hardening treatment and non-deformation until 200ºC in an hour.
2. There are 2 vacuum pumps and 4 gas holders can vacuumize quickly,the maximum ultimate vacuum is -0.1 mpa.
3. The heating pipes are metal in good quality,reheating by aluminum plate,surrounded by auxiliary heating,evenly, there is not orange peel lines, bubble, etc.in the surface, and heating box uses the sole insulation technology, thermal insulation and prevent accidental burns.
4.This vacuum membrane press machine is widely used in cabinet doors, wardrobe,wood composite door etc, can also be used to lamiante sliding door with soft package or wooden veneer , especially for hot stamping and heat transfer processing.
