Designed for continuous operation at maximum speed, very quiet operation, maximum accuracy, and minimal heat accumulation ensure optimum machining results Grinding spindle runs in maintenance-free preloaded precision angular ball bearings Automatic transverse and longitudinal feed Rapid feed for setup to desired work height(HFS VC) Adjustable roughing, finishing, and spark-out strokes hydraulic longitudinal table movement on Y-axis(HFS VC) Double table V-guide in the transverse table, V-guide and flat guides in longitudinal table Table guideways are hardened, ground and PTFE counter laminated-ensuring maximum wear resistance High table load capacity for heavy parts The external hydraulic unit ensures high-temperature stability Automatic central lubrication
The machine adopts the cross plate layout, and the transverse guide rail is attached with a Teflon foot belt. A closed hydraulic system is adopted for the movement of the worktable. The forward and backward feed can be manually fed or the screw can be driven by the motor to automatically feed intermittently. The downward movement of the grinding head can be achieved by using the lifting motor for quick lifting(AHR) or the servo motor for quick lifting and automatic feeding(AHD), which can also be accomplished manually. The machine adopts precise angular contact rolling bearing, high rigid sleeve structure, the overall quality of the machine is stable, smooth operation.
