Product Description
We supply Stone Edge Polishing Machines, type ZLMP-14, for chamfering and polishing the edges of marble,granite,quartz stone, and ceramic.The slabs are upright into the conveyor, and the workheads are under the slabs. After the two conveyors on the cross beams clamp the slab, the workhead starts,so there is no need for the operator to adjust the slab. Some customers need a shape of edge; the operator just chooses a certain group of workheads.
It is high-efficiency, processing 2-3m per minute, high-precision, easy, and simple to operate. 1-5th head for polishing arc edge,French edge; 2-10th for polishing straight edge; 11-13th for grinding small chamfering on surface; 14th for back-side chamfering.
